Crisis Support: Find Urgent Help

What It Is and Who It Is For
Crisis Support lists helplines and support services by country, such as suicide prevention and other urgent support lines. Use it when you or someone you know needs help quickly.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number now. Plumm isn't an emergency service.
This article is for everyone with Wellbeing. Every role sees the same list, and nobody needs to book or sign up.
Prerequisites
- Wellbeing turned on for you.
Open Crisis Support
- Open the Apps menu (9 dots) and select Wellbeing.
- Select Crisis Support in the Wellbeing menu.
Find a Service
- Choose your country in the Country dropdown.
- Narrow the list with the two drop-down filters.
- Or type a name in Search. If nothing matches you'll see Nothing to show here yet.
Read a Service Card
Each service shows:
| Detail | What It Tells You |
|---|---|
| Name and description | Who they are and what they help with |
| Tags | The topics and people the service is for |
| Hours | When it's open, for example 24/7 |
| Phone number | Click Call to call from your device |
| Link | Their website, for more help |
For Employers
Plumm isn't an emergency service. If a team member is in crisis, encourage them to contact emergency services or a crisis line in their country straight away. Plumm's Clinical Excellence team can offer guidance on next steps.
Limitations
- Crisis Support lists outside services. Plumm doesn't run these helplines.
- Calling from the Call button depends on your device.
- Not every country is listed.
FAQs and Troubleshooting
My Country Isn't Listed. What Should I Do? Call your local emergency number or search for a crisis line in your country.
Can My Employer See That I Opened Crisis Support? No. Your employer doesn't see your individual activity.
Can I Talk to Someone in Plumm Straight Away? Plumm's therapists aren't an emergency service. Use a helpline from the list, or your local emergency number.
