Customise a Section on Your Career Site

You can easily tailor each section of your Career Site using Plumm's drag-and-drop builder. This allows you to showcase your brand, mission, and work culture just the way you want.

Before you begin

To customise your career site, you must:
  • Have access to the Career Site module in the Hire module
  • Be in Edit mode using the Site Builder

Step 1. Enter the Site Builder

  1. Go to Hire > Career Site
  2. Click on your default site
  3. Click the Site Builder button at the top right to open the editor

Step 2. Edit or remove a section

  1. Hover over any section on the site (e.g., "Video", "Mission & Vision")
  2. Use the toolbar on the top-right of the section to:
    • Edit: Click the pencil icon to modify content such as text, video URLs, or titles
    • Move: Use the up/down arrows to rearrange the section’s order
    • Delete: Click the bin icon to remove the section from the page
  3. After changes, click Preview to review and Publish to go live

1. What types of sections can I customise?

You can customise text, images, video, testimonials, social links, company culture, benefits, and more.

2. Can I undo a deleted section?

No. If you delete a section, you’ll need to manually add it again from the left menu.

3. How do I rearrange sections?

Use the up/down arrows in the section toolbar to move sections up or down the page.

4. Do I need to publish every time I make a change?

Yes. Any changes must be published to be visible on the live site.
