Customise Company Vision

Summary

 Super Admins can define and display the company’s Vision statement on selected dashboards. The message is limited to 500 characters and will only be visible on dashboards where it has been added.

Before you begin

  • Only Super Admins can customise the Vision
  • Max 500 characters allowed
  • Visible only on the selected dashboard (User or Team)

Step 1. Open dashboard customisation

  1. Click the dashboard dropdown (e.g. “User Dashboard”) in the top-right
  2. Click Customise Your Dashboard
  3. Locate the Our Vision widget in the list

Step 2. Edit and save Vision

  1. Click the three-dot menu (︙) beside the Our Vision widget
  2. Select Edit
  3. Type in your Vision statement (up to 500 characters)
  4. Click Save
  5. Your Vision will appear on the selected dashboard
 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Will the Vision be shown on all dashboards?

No. It will only appear on the dashboard where you’ve added and saved it.

2 . Who can update the Vision?

Only users with Super Admin access can update the Vision content.

 

3. Can I preview before saving?

Yes. Use the Preview option in the widget menu to check how it looks before saving.

4. Do users need to take any action to see it?

No. Once added, the Vision will be automatically visible to users on that dashboard.
