Customise Useful Links Widget – Company Dashboard

Summary

Super admins can use the Useful Links widget on the Company Dashboard to save and access up to five important links for internal tools, reports, or admin documentation. These links are visible only to super admins for personal reference and ease of access.

Before you begin

  • Only Super Admins can access and customise the Company Dashboard
  • This widget is only visible to Super Admins
  • A maximum of five links can be added
  • URLs must be valid (e.g. start with https://)

Step 1. Access the Company Dashboard settings

  1. Select Company Dashboard from the dropdown menu at the top
  2. Click the Customise button in the dashboard banner
  3. Scroll down to find the Useful Links widget
  4. Click the three-dot menu (⋮)
  5. Select Edit

Step 2. Add or edit links

  1. (Optional) Enter a short description for the widget (e.g. Quick access to admin tools)
  2. Under Name, type the label for the link (e.g. Admin Handbook)
  3. Under URL, paste the web link
  4. Click + Add Item to include more links (up to 5 in total)
  5. Click Save Changes
  6. Finish by clicking Preview and Save at the bottom of the customisation panel
The added links will now appear in the Useful Links widget on the Company Dashboard—only visible to Super Admins.

    1. Who can see the Useful Links on the Company Dashboard?

    Only Super Admins have access to the Company Dashboard and can view or edit this widget.

    2 .Can I link to internal reports or tools?

    Yes. You can include links to dashboards, internal documents, audit logs, admin playbooks, etc.

    3. Is there a limit to how many links I can add?

    Yes, you can add up to five links. Each link should have a clear name and a working URL.
     
     

    4. Will links open in the same tab or a new tab?

    All links open in a new browser tab for convenience and workflow continuity.

     

    5.Can other super admins see my links?

    Yes. All super admins will see the same Useful Links on the Company Dashboard.
