Delete a Scheduled Task

 Admins with Task Scheduling access can permanently delete scheduled tasks in Plumm. Deletion requires confirmation and cannot be undone.

Before you begin

 To delete a task, you must have the Task Scheduling permission enabled under the Admin section.

Step 1. Open the Task Scheduling Grid

  1. Go to Admin > Task Scheduling
  2. View the list of all scheduled and created tasks on the grid

Step 2. Delete a scheduled task

  1. Find the task you want to delete
  2. Click the action icon (three dots) next to the task
  3. Select Delete from the dropdown menu
  4. A confirmation pop-up will appear
  5. In the text field, type delete to confirm
  6. Click Confirm to proceed
Note: This action is permanent. Once deleted, the task cannot be recovered.

1.Who can delete a task in Task Scheduling?

 Only users with the Task Scheduling permission under the Admin section can delete tasks.
 

2 .Can I undo a task deletion?

No, email addresses must be updated individually for each candidate. Bulk editing of email addresses is not supported.


3. Why don’t I see the delete option?

You might not have the required Task Scheduling permission. Contact your system administrator for access.
