Before you begin
- You must have administrative permissions in the Rota section to delete rotations.
- Ensure the rotation you wish to delete is no longer in use before proceeding.
Step 1: Delete a rotation
- Navigate to Admin > Rota.
- Select the Rotation tab.
- Locate the rotation you want to delete. Click on the three dots (ellipsis) next to the rotation.
- From the dropdown menu, select Delete.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete the rotation.
- If you decide to cancel the deletion, click the Cancel button.
- If you are sure you want to delete the rotation, click Confirm.
- Once confirmed, the rotation will be permanently deleted.

If you click Cancel, the rotation will remain in the system, and no changes will be made.

Currently, you can only delete one rotation at a time. You will need to follow the steps for each rotation you want to delete.
