Before you begin
- You need to have an Admin role or the appropriate permissions as a Representative to download and share Case Summaries in TrustLine.
- Ensure that your account has the necessary permissions to view Manage Cases and Download Case Summary.
Step 1. Access Manage Cases
- Log in to your Plumm account using valid Admin credentials.
- Click on the 9-dot menu at the top left corner of the dashboard.
- Select TrustLine from the menu. You will be redirected to the TrustLine - Settings page.
- Click Manage Cases in the Admin tab to open the case management section.
Step 2. Download Case Summary
- In the Manage Cases grid, locate the case for which you want to download the summary.
- Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the case row.
- Select Download Case Summary from the dropdown menu.
- The Case Summary will be downloaded to your device, ready to share with administrators or other relevant parties.
Step 3. Share Case Summary with Submitter
- To share the Case Summary with the Submitter (administrator or victim), click on the three dots next to the case.
- Select Close Case.
- You will see a toggle button called Send Case Summary to Submitter.
- Turn the toggle on to send the case summary to the Submitter (administrator or relevant recipient).
- The representative can send the case summary to the submitter by enabling this option.

1. Who can download the Case Summary?
Only Admins and Representatives with the necessary permissions can download the Case Summary. If you do not have the required permissions, the Download Case Summary option will not be visible.
2. How can a Representative share the Case Summary?
Representatives can share the Case Summary by clicking the three dots, selecting Close Case, and then turning on the Send Case Summary to Submitter toggle.
3. Can I download the Case Summary at any time?
Yes, you can download the Case Summary at any time by selecting the Download Case Summary option from the three dots menu next to the case.
4. What is the purpose of sending the Case Summary to the Submitter?
The Send Case Summary to Submitter option allows representatives to share the case summary with the administrator or victim (the submitter) after the case has been closed.
