Download Data from My People
Summary

Before you begin
- Admins with the appropriate permissions can download data from the My People tab.
- You can download all data displayed in the grid, whether it’s the default columns or custom columns you have selected.
Step 1. Downloading data from My People
- Go to the My People section in your Plumm dashboard.
- Locate the Download button near the search bar at the top of the page.
- Click on the Download button.
- The system will export all data currently displayed in the grid. This includes:
- The default columns (e.g., Name, Job Title, Department)
- Any custom columns you have selected (e.g., Manager, Location, Employment Type, etc.)
- Once clicked, the data will be downloaded, typically in Excel or CSV format.
