Download Your Course Certificate

Summary

After completing a course, you can download your certificate anytime from the My Progress page. Certificates are generated in PDF format and saved locally to your device.

Before you begin

You must complete the course in full (100% progress) to access the certificate download. Some courses may also require trainer and learner sign-off before the certificate is made available.

Step 1.  Go to My Progress

  1. Click on your profile or side navigation
  2. Select My Progress
  3. Choose the appropriate course type (e.g. Custom Courses, Plumm Courses)

Step 2.  Download your certificate

  1. Locate the course in the list
  2. Under the Certificate column, click the download icon
  3. Your certificate will be downloaded in PDF format to your device
If the course is incomplete, you’ll see a message:
“You need to complete the course to download the certificate.”

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Where is my certificate stored?

Once downloaded, it is saved to your local system (usually the Downloads folder).

2. Do I need to complete everything to get the certificate?

Yes. You must complete all modules. If Completion Acknowledgement is enabled, both learner and trainer sign-offs are required.

3. Can I access My Progress at any time?

Yes. You always have access to My Progress to check status, scores, and download certificates.

4. What format is the certificate in?

All certificates are generated in PDF format.


5.Can I re-download a certificate later?

Yes. As long as you completed the course, the certificate remains available to download again anytime.
