Before you begin
- You must be a registered Plumm employee with access to the 1:1 Meetings module.
- Only participants of the meeting or managers with permissions can duplicate a 1:1.
- Ensure the new date and time suit all participants.
Step 1. Access your existing 1:1
- Go to Meetings > 1:1s from your dashboard.
- Locate the 1:1 meeting you want to duplicate.
- Click on the meeting to view its details.
Step 2. Duplicate the meeting
- Click Duplicate or Copy Meeting.
- The system creates a new meeting with the same participants, agenda, and notes.
Step 3. Adjust and save the new 1:1
- Update the date and time for the duplicated meeting.
- Modify the agenda or notes if needed.
- Click Save to schedule the new meeting.
- Notifications are sent automatically to all participants.
