Edit a 1-on-1 Meeting

Plumm allows Super Admin, admin managers (organiser) to edit scheduled 1-on-1 meetings. You can update the date, time, participant list, or agenda to ensure meetings stay accurate and relevant.

Before you begin
- You must have access to the 1-on-1 Meetings module.
- Only organiser of a 1-on-1 can edit the meeting.
- Ensure participants are active in Plumm.
Step 1. Access your 1-on-1 meeting
- Click the 9-dot menu in the top left corner of your Plumm dashboard
- Navigate to People > 1-on-1
- On the 1-on-1 dashboard locate the scheduled 1-on-1 you want to edit.
- Click on the meeting to open its details.
Step 2. Edit meeting details
- Click on the three-dots (⋮)and select Edit.
- Update any of the following:
- Date and time
- Participants
- Agenda or discussion topics
- Review the changes before saving.
Step 3. Save and notify participants
- Click Save to apply changes.
- Plumm automatically notifies all participants of the updates.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1.Who can edit a 1-on-1 meeting?
Only participants of the 1-on-1 meeting can make edits. Managers cannot edit a meeting they are not part of unless they have admin permissions.
2 . Can I change the date and time of a 1-on-1?
Yes. You can reschedule the meeting to a new date and time that works for all participants.
3. Can I add or remove participants after scheduling?
Yes, you can update the participant list. All changes trigger notifications to the affected users.
4 .Will edits affect the agenda or notes?
Yes, you can update or add new agenda items and notes. Previous notes remain unless deleted.
5 .Do participants get notified about changes?
Yes, all participants receive notifications via Plumm and email for any updates or cancellations.
6 .What happens if a participant is unavailable for the new time?
Plumm will alert you if a participant has a conflicting meeting. You may choose a different time or coordinate with the participant directly.
