Edit Contract in a User's Profile

Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to edit Contract.
  • Only Managers with the correct permissions can edit a Contract.

Step 1. Log in and navigate to User's Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid Manager account or a user account with permission to manage profiles.
  2. Click on the 9-dot menu at the top left corner of the dashboard.
  3. Select Core from the menu.
  4. Under the People section, click on My People.
  5. Click on the user’s name to open their profile, which will take you to the Team/People Profile section.
  6. In the Contracts section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.

Step 2. Edit Contract

    Managers with the correct permissions can edit a Contract.
    If you have permission, the option Edit Contract will be visible.
    If not, the section will be View mode only.
    Click Edit Contract to open the Contract form.
    The existing contract details, such as:
    • Effective Date
    • Employment Contract
    • Employment Type
    • Working Schedule
    • Salary Pay Type
    will already be filled in.
    Update the mandatory fields, which include:
    • Effective Date
    • Employment Contract
    • Employment Type
    • Working Schedule
    • Salary Pay Type
    Special Considerations for Dates:
    • If you select a future date for the Effective Date, the contract will become active starting from that date.
    • If you select a past date, the contract will become active from the latest date.
    Additional Options:
    • You can edit multiple contracts by clicking Edit Contract for each and updating the relevant details.
    • To remove a contract, click the Delete button next to the contract entry.
    Once all necessary fields are updated, click Save to confirm the changes.
