Before you begin
- Ensure you have the required permissions to edit Contract.
- Only Managers with the correct permissions can edit a Contract.
Step 1.Log in and navigate to User's Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid user account.
- Navigate to the User's Profile section.
- In the Job Information section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.
Step 2. Edit Contract
- Managers with the correct permissions can edit the Contract. If you have the required permissions, the option to Edit Contract will be visible.
- The requested information, such as:
- Effective Date
- Employment Contract
- Employment Type
- Salary Pay Type
- will already be filled in.
- Click on Edit Contract to update the profile.
- Update the mandatory fields, including:
- Effective Date
- Employment Contract
- Employment Type
- Working Schedule
- Salary Pay Type
- Once you’ve updated all the necessary fields, click Save to confirm the changes in the Contracts section.
Special Considerations for Dates
- If you select a future date for the Effective Date, the contract will become active starting from that date.
- If you select a past date, the contract will become active from the latest date.
Additional Options
- You can edit more than one Contract by clicking Edit Contract and updating the relevant details for each contract.
- If you no longer need a contract, you can delete it by clicking the Delete button next to the contract.
