Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to edit EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) details in My Profile.
  • Admins and Managers with the correct permissions can edit EEO for users they manage, while Users and Custom Roles can edit their own EEO if they have the necessary permissions.

Step 1. Log in and navigate to My Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid user account (as Admin, Manager, User, or Custom Role).
  2. Go to My Profile.
  3. In My Profile, locate the EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) section.

Step 2. Edit EEO

  1. Admins and Managers with the correct permissions can edit EEO in My Profile.
  2. If you have the required permissions, the option to Edit EEO will be visible.
  3. Click on Edit EEO to open the section.
  4. The requested information, such as:
    • Job Category
    • Disability
    • Religion
    • Ethnic Group
  5. will already be filled in.
  6. Update the mandatory fields, including:
    • Job Category
    • Disability
    • Religion
    • Ethnic Group
  7. Once you've updated the required fields, click Save to confirm the changes in the EEO section.

Additional Options

  • If you no longer want the updated EEO details, you can remove them by clicking the Delete button next to the EEO entry.
