Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to edit Job Information.
  • Only admins with the correct permissions can edit Job Information.

Step 1.Log in and navigate to User's Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid user account.
  2. Navigate to the User's Profile section.
  3. In the Job Information section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.

Step 2. Edit Job Information

  1. If you have the required permissions as an admin, the option to Edit Job Information will be visible.
  2. The requested information, such as:
    • Employee ID
    • Start Date
    • Probation Duration
    • Probation End Date
    • will already be filled.
  3. Click on Edit Job Information to update the profile.
  4. Update the mandatory fields, including:
    • Employee ID
    • Start Date
  5. Once you’ve updated all the required fields, click Save to confirm the changes in the Job Information section.
