Before you begin
To edit a location, you must be an administrator with access to the Settings section. Ensure you have all the details required for the location you want to update.Step 1: Edit a location
- Navigate to Admin > Settings and select the Location tab.
- Find the location you want to edit and click on the Action button (three dots).
- Click Edit to open the Edit Location form.
- You will see the following fields:
- Name: Enter the location name. This field can be edited.
- If the name already exists in the system, a message will appear:
"A location with this name already exists." You will need to provide a unique name for the location.

- Address: Enter or update the location’s full address.
- City: Edit the city associated with the location.
- State/Province: Update the state or province for the location.
- Zip/Postal Code: Modify the postal code for the location.
- Country: Choose or update the country of the location from the dropdown.
- Location Image: You can also change the location's image by uploading a new one.
5. After entering the required changes, click Next to move on to the Calendar section.
Calendar Configuration
In the Calendar tab, you will need to:
- Select a calendar for the location from the Choose a Calendar dropdown. This calendar will be linked to the location for scheduling events and holidays.
- Click Next to proceed to the Working Schedule tab.
Working Schedule Configuration
In the Working Schedule tab:
- Schedule Name: Select the working schedule for the location (e.g., Daily Working Schedule or Bi-Weekly Working Schedule).
- Update the Daily Working Hours for each day of the week as needed.
- Once the changes are made, click Save to save the edited location and its associated details.
