Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to add Role History.
  • Only admins with the correct permissions can edit Role History.

Step 1.Log in and navigate to User's Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid user account.
  2. Navigate to the User's Profile section.
  3. In the Job Information section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.

Step 2. Edit Role History

  1. In the Job Information section, click on the three dots again and select Edit Role History.
  2. The Role History section will show fields such as:
    • Effective Date
    • Job Title
    • Department
    • Location
    • Change Type
  3. Fill in or update all the mandatory fields for Role History.
  4. You can edit more than one Role History entry by clicking Edit Role History for each and updating the required fields.
  5. For each Role History entry, you can make the role Active or Inactive depending on the current job title by clicking Make Active or Make Inactive.
  6. If you wish to delete any Role History entry, click the Delete button next to the entry.
