Before you begin

  • You must have administrative access to the Rota section to edit teams.
  •  Ensure you have the updated team details, including the new team name, description, and members.

Step 1.Edit a team

  1. Navigate to Admin > Rota and ensure the Team tab is selected.
  2. Click on the three dots (ellipsis) next to the team you want to edit.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select Edit.
  4. In the Edit Team form, you can modify the following fields:
    • Name: Change the team name (e.g., "Plumm Team").
    • Description: Update the team description (e.g., "Description").
    • Select Members: Choose the members you want to add to or remove from the team. You can select multiple members from the list.
  5. After updating the team details, click Save to update the team.
  6. A user added to one team cannot be added to another team

1. Can I add multiple members to the team at once?

Yes, you can select multiple members from the Select Members dropdown list when editing a team.
 

2.Is the team description mandatory

Yes, the description field is mandatory, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the team’s purpose.

3. Can I remove members from a team?

Yes, you can remove members by unchecking their name from the Select Members section.
 

 

4. Can I change the team name after it’s been created?

Yes, you can edit the team name and other details anytime by selecting the team and clicking Edit.
