Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to edit Training in My Profile.
  • Admins and Managers with the correct permissions can edit Training for users they manage, while Users and Custom Roles can edit their own Training if they have the necessary permissions.

Step 1. Log in and navigate to My Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid user account (as Admin, Manager, User, or Custom Role).
  2. Navigate to My Profile.
  3. In My Profile, locate the Training section.

Step 2. Edit Training

  1. Admins and Managers with the correct permissions can edit Training in My Profile.
  2. If you have the required permissions, the option to Edit Training will be visible.
  3. Click on Edit Training to open the section.
  4. The requested information, such as:
    • Training Name
    • Status
    • Category
    • Cost
    • Currency
  5. will already be filled in.
  6. Update the mandatory fields, including:
    • Training Name
    • Status
    • Category
    • Completed Date
  7. Once you've updated the required fields, click Save to confirm the changes in the Training section.

Additional Options

  • You can edit more than one Training by clicking Edit Training and updating the relevant details for each item.
  • If you no longer need a Training entry, you can remove it by clicking the Delete button next to the entry.
