Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to email P60 documents for users.
  • Verify that the user has a P60 available for emailing.

Step 1. Access the "My People" page

  1. Navigate to the "My People" page from your main dashboard.
  2. Locate the user whose P60 you want to email.

Step 2. Email the P60 document

  1. Click on the 3 dots (options menu) next to the user’s name.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select "Email P60".
  3. The P60 document will be emailed to the user’s registered email address.

Currently, you can only email one P60 at a time. To email P60s to other users, repeat the process for each individual.
