Before you begin

You must have access to the Career Site section. The embed script only displays published jobs from your Plumm career site.

Step 1. Access the embed code

    1. Go to Hire > Career Site
    2. Scroll down to the Embed Jobs section
    3. Click Copy Code to copy the HTML snippet to your clipboard

    Step 2. Add the code to your website

      1. Paste the copied script into your website's HTML code where you want the job listings to appear
      2. Make sure the embed target container (id='embedjobs') exists on the page
      3. Save and publish your website
      Once integrated:
      • Visitors will see a live feed of all published jobs from your Plumm site
      • Candidates can click and apply directly through your hosted careers page

      1. What does the embed code show?

      It displays a real-time list of published job postings pulled from your Plumm Career Site.


      2. Do I need to update the code if jobs change?

      No. The embed auto-updates—any newly published or closed jobs reflect immediately.

      Yes. You can customise the embed’s appearance using external CSS based on the embedjobs container.


      4.Will applications go through the same Plumm workflow?

      Yes. All applications submitted via the embedded widget will appear in your Plumm hiring pipeline.

      Yes. As long as the domain supports HTML script embedding, it will function correctly.
