Before you begin
- You must be a registered Plumm employee with access to the 1:1 Meetings module.
- Ensure you have Excel or a compatible program to open the exported file.
Step 1. Access the 1:1 Meetings section
- Navigate to the People section or directly to 1:1s from the Plumm dashboard.
- This page displays all your scheduled 1:1 meetings, along with upcoming meetings, statuses, and other details.
Step 2. Export data to Excel
- On the 1:1 Meetings page, look for the Export button or icon. This is typically located near the top of the page or in the settings menu.
- Click on Export to Excel.
- The file will automatically download as an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx) containing all the displayed 1:1 meeting data.
Step 3. Open and manage your Excel file
- Once the file is downloaded, open it using Microsoft Excel or a similar program (e.g., Google Sheets).
- The exported data will include the following columns:
- Title of the 1:1
- Organiser
- Invitee
- Scheduled For (date and time)
- Status (Scheduled, In Progress, Completed)
- You can now sort, filter, or analyse the data in Excel as needed.

No, the Export to Excel feature is built into Plumm and works with Excel or any other compatible spreadsheet software.
5. Can I edit the exported Excel file?
Yes, once exported, you can edit the Excel file just like any other spreadsheet. You can sort, filter, or add your notes as required.
6 . Is the exported file automatically updated?
No, the exported file is a static snapshot of the 1:1 meetings at the time of export. You need to manually re-export if you want the latest data.
7 . What if I don’t see the export option?
If you don't see the export option, please check with your system administrator or HR team to confirm that you have the appropriate permissions.
