Export 1:1 Meeting Data to Excel

Before you begin

  • You must be a registered Plumm employee with access to the 1:1 Meetings module.
  • Ensure you have Excel or a compatible program to open the exported file.

Open the Nine-Dot Menu

  1. From your PlummHR dashboard, locate the nine-dot menu (App Switcher) on the left-hand side.
  2. Click on it to expand and view the list of available modules.

Navigate to the Core Tab

  1. In the expanded menu, click on the Core tab.
  2. The Core tab contains modules 1-on-1 meetings.

Access the 1-on-1 Module

  1. Inside the Core tab, locate and click on the 1-on-1 Module.

Step 1. Access the 1:1 Meetings section

  1. Navigate to Meetings > 1:1s
  2. This section displays all your upcoming and past 1:1 meetings, including details such as organiser, invitee, scheduled date, and status.

Step 2. Export data to Excel

  1. On the 1:1 Meetings page, look for the Export button or icon. This is typically located near the top of the page or in the settings menu.
  2. Click on Export to Excel.
  3. The file will automatically download as an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx) containing all the displayed 1:1 meeting data.

Step 3. Open and manage your Excel file

  1. Once the file is downloaded, open it using Microsoft Excel or a similar program (e.g., Google Sheets).
  2. The exported data will include the following columns:
    • Title of the 1:1
    • Organiser
    • Invitee
    • Scheduled For (date and time)
    • Status (Scheduled, In Progress, Completed)
  3. You can now sort, filter, or analyse the data in Excel as needed.

1. How do I export 1:1 meeting data to Excel?

Click the Export to Excel button on the 1:1 Meetings page. This will download the data as an Excel file that you can open and manipulate.
 

2 . What data is included in the Excel export?

The exported file contains columns for the Title, Organiser, Invitee, Scheduled Date, and Status of each 1:1 meeting.
 

 

3. Can I export only specific 1:1 meetings?

Currently, the export feature includes all visible 1:1 meetings on the page. You can filter or sort the meetings before exporting to narrow down the data.
 

 

4 .Do I need to install any plugins to export the data?

No, the Export to Excel feature is built into Plumm and works with Excel or any other compatible spreadsheet software.
 

 

5. Can I edit the exported Excel file?

Yes, once exported, you can edit the Excel file just like any other spreadsheet. You can sort, filter, or add your notes as required.
 

 

6 . Is the exported file automatically updated?

No, the exported file is a static snapshot of the 1:1 meetings at the time of export. You need to manually re-export if you want the latest data.


 

7 . What if I don’t see the export option?

If you don't see the export option, please check with your system administrator or HR team to confirm that you have the appropriate permissions.
