Before you begin

  • You must have access to the Team Goals section in Plumm.
  • Make sure the Export Data button is available to you.
  • You’ll need Excel or another compatible spreadsheet application to open the exported file.

Step 1. Accessing the Team Goals Section

  1. Navigate to the Goals section from the Plumm dashboard.
  2. Click on the Team Goals tab to view all team goals and associated progress.

Step 2. Exporting Team Goal Data

  1. Near of search button on Team Goals page, you’ll see an Export all data button (represented by a download icon).
  2. Click Export all data.
  3. The data will be exported into an Excel file (.xlsx), which will automatically download to your system.
    • This file will contain columns for team member names, goal titles, progress percentages, due dates, and last updated dates.

Step 3.Opening and Using the Exported File

  1. Open the Excel file once it’s downloaded.
  2. The file will include data on the goals and progress for each team member. You can now filter, sort, or analyze this data as needed.
    • The data will be organized into columns, including: Name, Goals, Progress, Last Updated, Due Date, and Status.

1. How do I export Team Goal data?

To export Team Goal data, click the Export all data button at the top-right corner of the Team Goals page. The file will automatically download in Excel format.

 The export file contains:
  • Team member names
  • Goals assigned to each team member
  • Progress percentage for each goal
  • Last updated date for each goal
  • Due date for the goal

 

3. Can I export only specific team goals?

No, the export feature downloads all visible team goals. If you need specific data, you can filter or sort the goals before exporting.
 

 

4. Can I modify the data once it's exported?

Yes, once the data is exported to Excel, you can filter, sort, and modify the file to meet your needs.
 

 

5. Do I need any special software to open the exported file?

 The exported file is in Excel (.xlsx) format, but it can also be opened using Google Sheets or any compatible spreadsheet application.
