February 2026 Release Notes

This release brings significant improvements across Money, Hire, Learn, 1-on-1s, Time Off, Task Scheduling, Reviews, Rota, and more - focusing on automation, compliance, reporting, and user experience enhancements.

Services' - Now Live on Plumm!

Introducing the New 'Services' Module

We’re excited to announce that Plumm has officially launched a brand-new Services feature, now available directly from the Main Navigation on the top-left menu.
The new Services module centralises access to Plumm’s extended managed service offerings, making it easier for organisations to explore and engage with additional support beyond the core platform.
 

What’s Included?

The Services module is categorised into:
  • UK Payroll – End-to-end payroll support and managed payroll services
  • HR – Expert HR advisory and operational support
  • Wellbeing – Employee wellbeing services and mental health initiatives
  • Workshops – Professional development and specialist training sessions

Money (Payroll)

Undo Payroll Capability

  • Payroll can now be reversed to correct errors.
  • Automatically adjusts FPS and EPS submissions when undone.

Automated Statutory Neonatal Care Pay Calculations

  • Statutory Neonatal Care Pay (SNCP) is now fully automated within payroll processing.
  • EPS will automatically have the SNCP details added for that pay run.

Off-Payroll Worker Salary Management

  • Dedicated salary handling for off-payroll workers (IR35) and contractors.
  • Ensures accurate classification and reporting.

Net Pay Difference Report

  • New report highlighting changes in net pay between payroll runs.
  • Provides detailed insights for any changes made when previous pay runs are unlocked.
  • Supports payroll validation and auditing.

Updated Finance Reporting Templates

  • New CSV templates are now available on Plumm that can directly be imported into:
    • Xero
    • Sage
    • QuickBooks
  • Improves accounting integration and makes the payroll reporting more seamless.

User Management (My People)

Enhanced User Reinstatement

We’ve significantly improved the User Reinstatement workflow to ensure a smoother and more controlled reactivation process for returning employees.
 

What’s Improved:

  • Streamlined Reinstatement Flow
  • A clearer, step-by-step reinstatement process reduces confusion and prevents configuration errors during reactivation.
  • Preservation of Historical Data
  • All historical records — including attendance, time off, reviews, documents, payroll data, and learning history — are securely retained and reinstated.

1-on-1s

Attachments in 1-on-1 Meetings

  • Users and managers can now add attachments while completing a 1-on-1 session.
  • Upload performance documents, evidence, notes, or supporting files directly within the meeting record.
  • All attachments are securely stored and accessible for future reference.

Self-ID Based Scheduling

  • 1-on-1 meetings now integrate with the Manager’s and User’s individual self-ID.
  • Ensures accurate ownership, calendar mapping, and meeting association.
  • Reduces duplication and improves scheduling clarity.

Task Scheduling

Trigger Tasks Based on Time Off Dates

  • Tasks can now automatically trigger based on:
    • Start date of a Time Off request
    • End date of a Time Off request
  • Ideal for:
    • Return-to-work follow-ups
    • Coverage handover reminders
    • Compliance-related checks
  • Reduces manual monitoring of leave events.

Trigger Tasks Based on Custom Field Dates

  • Tasks can now be configured to trigger using custom field date values (e.g., visa expiry, probation end date, certification renewal).
  • Supports automated HR workflows.
  • Ensures critical deadlines are never missed.

Dashboard

Upcoming Birthdays Display

  • Dashboard now shows upcoming employee birthdays.
  • Encourages engagement and team recognition.

Custom Email Provision for Dashboard Feed

  • When posting to the Dashboard Feed, Admins can now configure a custom email message to notify users.
  • Improves clarity and internal communication branding.

Full Review Visibility for Managers

Average Score Display

  • Review forms now display the average score dynamically while completing evaluations.

Rich Text Editor for Questions

  • Review and Survey questions now support formatted text editing (bold, bullets, structured content).
  • Improves readability and professional formatting.

Ticketing System
