Before you begin

To filter candidates, you must have permission to access the Candidate Pool in the Hire module. This action is available to the Admin by default. If you do not have the necessary permissions, please contact your system administrator for assistance.
 

Step 1. Access the Candidate Pool

  1. Go to Hire > Candidate Pool
  2. You will be directed to the Candidate Pool page, where all candidates are listed

Step 2. Apply filters

  1. On the left side of the Candidate Pool screen, you will see the filter panel
  2. Choose from the available filters:
    • Hiring Stage (e.g. Interview, Rejected)
    • Source (e.g. Referral, Job Board)
    • Job (e.g. Software Developer, Marketing Specialist)
    • Location (e.g. London, New York)
  3. Select the relevant criteria you wish to filter by (you can choose multiple filters at once)
  4. The candidate list will automatically update based on your selected filters.

Step 3. Clear or modify filters

  1. To modify a filter, simply select a new option from the filter menu
  2. The candidate list will update to reflect your changes

1.Can I filter candidates by multiple criteria?

 Yes, you can apply multiple filters at once. For example, you can filter candidates by Hiring Stage, Location, and Job to see a more targeted list of candidates.
 

2 .Can I save filter preferences for future use?

 Currently, the filter settings are not saved automatically. You will need to apply the filters manually each time you access the Candidate Pool.

3.Does filtering affect the downloaded candidate data?

 Yes. When you apply filters, the Download button will export only the candidates that match your filtered criteria.
