Filter Candidate Emails in the Message Module

Before you begin

  • You must have access to the Message Module within the Hire section in your dashboard.
  • You must have the necessary permissions to view and manage candidate communications in the Message Module.

Step 1Access the Filter Options

  1. Log in to your Plumm account.
  2. Navigate to the Hire section in the menu.
  3. Click on Messages to open the Message Module.
  4. On the left side of the screen, you will see the Candidates section with a list of all candidates.
  5. To the right of the list of candidates, you will find the Filter Options under the search bar.
  6. The filter options include:
    • All: View all messages.
    • Unread: View only unread messages.
    • Flagged: View flagged messages.
    • To Me: View messages assigned to you.
    • Has File: View messages that contain attachments.

Step 2:  Clear Filters and View All Emails

  1. To clear the filters and view all candidate emails again, click on the All filter option.
  2. This will reset the filter and show all emails sent to and received from candidates.

1. How do I filter candidate emails?

You can filter candidate emails by clicking on the filter options located next to the search bar in the Message Module. You can filter by Unread, Flagged, To Me, or Has File.


2 . Can I view all the emails after applying a filter?

Yes, you can reset the filters by clicking on the All option to view all emails again, without any sorting.


 

3. What happens if I select the Unread filter?

Selecting the Unread filter will display only the emails that have not yet been opened or read.

4. What does the Flagged filter show?

The Flagged filter shows all emails that have been flagged for follow-up or attention. This helps you keep track of important messages.


5. How can I find emails with attachments?

Use the Has File filter to see only the messages that contain attachments. This is helpful for finding emails that include documents, such as resumes or job descriptions.


6. Can I apply multiple filters at once?

Currently, you can apply only one filter at a time. You must clear the current filter before applying a new one.


7. Can I search for emails from a specific candidate?

Yes, you can search for a candidate’s name in the search bar above the filter options to view only that candidate's emails.
