Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1.How do I know which source a candidate applied from?
The Source column in the Candidate Pool will display where each candidate applied from (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, internal referral, etc.). When you apply the Source filter, the list will display only candidates from the selected source.
2 . Can I filter for multiple sources at once?
No, you can only filter candidates by one source at a time. If you want to see candidates from multiple sources, you will need to apply the filter individually for each source.
3. Why don’t I see all sources in the filter?
If some sources are missing from the filter dropdown, it could be due to your company’s setup or data availability. Sources may not have been configured properly or may not be used for certain candidate applications. Contact your system administrator if you believe there’s an issue.
4.Can I take action on candidates filtered by source?
Yes, once you’ve applied the Source filter, you can still view, edit, or move candidates to other stages in the hiring process using the three dots (⋮) menu.
5.Does filtering by source affect my download of candidate data?
Yes. When you apply the Source filter, the Download button will export only the candidates from the selected source. This allows you to review candidates from a specific recruiting channel in the exported file.
6.Can I see the source for candidates who were referred internally?
Yes, if candidates were referred by an internal employee or another platform, their source will be displayed in the Source column as per your company's configuration.
