Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I filter by multiple stages at once?
Yes. You can apply filters to show candidates across multiple stages using the OR condition.
What does the 'Is' and 'Is Not' condition mean?
‘Is’ shows candidates that match the selected status or tag. ‘Is Not’ excludes them from the results.
Can I save my filters for future use?
At this time, saving filters is not available. You’ll need to reapply filters when you return to the pipeline.
What happens when I apply multiple filters?
Plumm will show only those candidates who match your specified conditions, depending on whether you’ve selected AND or OR logic.
Can I combine tags and stages in my filter?
Yes. You can combine any available filter types, such as Tags, Stages, and Sources, for a more refined search.
Why am I not seeing any results after applying filters?
Make sure your filter values are correct. Try adjusting the conditions or logic (AND/OR) if no candidates appear.
