Before you begin
To access the Hire pipeline, you must have permission to view the specific job for which the candidates are being hired.Step 1. Apply Filters
- In the Hire pipeline, locate the Filter button on the top-right section of the screen.
- Click on the Filter button to open the filter options.
- From the list of available filters, tick the boxes corresponding to the statuses you want to filter candidates by, such as:
- Scheduled Screening
- Completed Screening
- Booked Interview
- Completed Interview
- Cancelled Interview
- Signed Offer
- Cancelled Offer
- Signed Contract
- Cancelled Contract
- The pipeline will automatically update to display candidates matching your selected filter criteria.
Step 2. View Filtered Candidates
- After applying the filter, the pipeline will show only the candidates who meet the criteria you've selected.
- You can change or remove filters at any time by adjusting the selected options.
- To clear a filter, simply uncheck the selected filter criteria, and the pipeline will update accordingly.

Currently, filters are based only on candidate status in the pipeline. Filters for candidate name or location are not available.

You only need permission to view the job. There is no additional permission required to filter candidates within that job's pipeline.
5.Can I save custom filter settings for future use?
At present, there is no option to save custom filter settings. You'll need to apply filters manually each time you access the pipeline.
