Before you begin

To filter candidates by the On Hold stage, you must have permission to access the Candidate Pool in the Hire module. This action is available to the Admin by default. If you do not have the necessary permissions, please contact your system administrator for assistance.

Step 1. Access the Candidate Pool

  1. Go to Hire > Candidate Pool
  2. The Candidate Pool page will display the list of candidates, including their current hiring stage

Step 2.Apply the "On Hold" filter

  1. On the left panel of the Candidate Pool screen, find the Hiring Stage filter
  2. Click the Hiring Stage dropdown menu
  3. Select On Hold from the available options
  4. The candidate list will automatically update to show only those candidates who are currently in the On Hold stage

Step 3. Review filtered candidates

  1. Once the filter is applied, you will see a list of candidates whose applications are in the On Hold stage
  2. Review their information, including any relevant notes or details specific to their On Hold status
  3. You can click on individual candidates to view their full profile or take further action as needed


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1.How do I know if a candidate is in the "On Hold" stage?

 The On Hold stage will appear in the Hiring Stage column for candidates who are in this status. Applying the Hiring Stage filter to "On Hold" will display only those candidates.
 

2 . Can I filter for multiple hiring stages at once?

Yes, you can select multiple stages in the Hiring Stage filter to view candidates in multiple stages, such as On Hold and  Interview. However, selecting just On Hold will only display candidates in that stage.
 

 

3.Can I take actions on candidates in the On Hold stage?

Yes, you can still view, edit, or move candidates to another stage, such as Interview or Rejected, while they are in the On Hold stage. Use the three dots (⋮) menu for available actions.
 
 

 

4. Does the filter display other stages besides "On Hold"?

Yes, you can filter candidates by multiple hiring stages, including Interview, Rejected, Offer, and more. Simply adjust the  Hiring Stage filter to view the candidates in any relevant stage.
