View User Permissions in a user's Profile
Summary
Permission on Action shows the permission sets that a person belongs to. The panel allows you to view assigned permission sets but does not allow changes.
SuperAdmin is displayed as Super Admin.

Before you begin
Action availability depends on your access level.
You need:
- Access to Action on the person’s profile.
Additional details:
- Action is shown for admins and some people you manage.

What Permission is for
Use Permission to view the permission sets assigned to a person.
This panel allows you to:
- View assigned permission sets.
- Review the roles a person belongs to.
This panel does not allow you to:
- Edit permissions.
- Change permission sets.
Opening Permission
- Log in to Plumm.
- Open the 9-dot menu. The control label is Apps.
- Under PRODUCT SUITE, select Core.
- In the sidebar, under People, select My People.
- Open the person’s profile.
- Open Action.
- Select Permission.
Reading the list
The panel heading is:
- Permission
The heading shows:
- The person’s first and last name.
- The text: “is a member of below mentioned permission set(s):”
The list includes:
- Assigned roles.
- Permission sets the person belongs to.
Additional details:
- SuperAdmin is displayed as Super Admin.
- Custom roles are also listed when they exist.

• Can I change permissions here?
No. This panel only lists permission sets. It does not allow permission changes.
• How is SuperAdmin shown?
SuperAdmin is displayed as Super Admin.
• Why is Permission missing?
Action must be available on the person’s profile to access Permission.
