Before you begin

You need the required permission to export a user profile.

You need:

  • Export Users permission.

Additional details:

  • Action is shown for admins and some people you manage.

The page details are:

  • Page title: Profile
  • Action item: Export

What Export is for

Use Export to download a person’s profile details directly from their profile.

Export from Action is different from:

  • Documents on the Documents tab, which manages the person’s files.

Opening Export

  1. Log in to Plumm.
  2. Open the 9-dot menu. The control label is Apps.
  3. Under PRODUCT SUITE, select Core.
  4. In the sidebar, under People, select My People.
  5. Open the person’s profile.
  6. Open Action.
  7. Select Export.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

• Why is Export missing?
You need Export Users permission, and Action must be available on the profile.

• Is this the same as exporting documents on the Documents tab?
No. Export on Action downloads the person’s profile details. Documents has its own file list.

• Where is Action?
Action is available in the profile header, next to the person’s details.
