Summary
Tasks is the tab on a person’s profile that shows tasks assigned to that person.
Open the person from My People, then select Tasks. You need permission to view tasks on the user profile.

Before you begin

You need permission to view tasks on a user profile to access the Tasks tab.

The page details are:

  • Page title: Profile
  • Tab label: Tasks

Important notes:

  • This article is for a person’s profile.
  • This is not your own Profile.
  • Your Profile opens from your picture in the top bar.

What Tasks is for

Use Tasks to view a person’s tasks without leaving their profile.

Tasks does not replace:

  • Personal
  • Work
  • Documents
  • Money
  • Time Off
  • Goals

Opening Tasks

  1. Log in to Plumm.
  2. Open the 9-dot menu. The control label is Apps.
  3. Under PRODUCT SUITE, select Core.
  4. In the sidebar, under People, select My People.
  5. Open the person’s profile.
  6. Select Tasks.

When viewing Tasks:

  • If there is no data, Plumm shows Nothing to show here yet.

Why do I not see Tasks?
You need permission to view tasks on the user profile.

Is this Team Tasks?
No. This is the Tasks tab on the person’s profile.

How do I open my own tasks?
Open your picture in the top bar, then select Profile, and then select Tasks.
