 Summary

Work is the tab on a person’s Profile for job details, role history, contracts, pay rates, essential records, devices, training, EEO, and offboarding.

Open the person from My People, then select Work. Use the relevant section article when you need to add or edit information.

Before you begin

The page title is Profile. The tab label is Work.

Work is shown when you have permission to view at least one Work section.

Each section has its own View and Edit permission.

This is not your own Profile. On your own Profile, Role History is view only and Add Role History is hidden.


What Work is for

Use Work for details about the person’s role, contract, pay rates, essential records, devices, training, equal employment opportunity information, and offboarding.

Work does not replace Personal, Documents, Money, Time Off, Tasks, or Goals.


Opening Work

  1. Log in to Plumm.
  2. Open the 9-dot menu. The control label is Apps.
  3. Under PRODUCT SUITE, select Core.
  4. In the sidebar, under People, select My People.
  5. Open the person.
  6. Select Work.

The links on the left can include:

  • Job Information
  • Contracts
  • Pay Rates
  • Essential Records
  • Devices
  • Training
  • EEO
  • Offboarding

Job Information

Job Information is shown when you have permission to view Job Information.

The three-dot menu () shows Add when the section is empty or Edit when information has already been added. You need Edit Job Information permission.

Add Role History is shown when you have Add Role History permission.

Contracts

Contracts is shown when you have permission to view Contracts.

When you have Edit Contracts permission, the three-dot menu () shows Add Contract.

Pay Rates

Pay Rates is shown when you have permission to view pay rates.

The section heading is Pay Rates.

The three-dot menu () shows Add Pay Rates.

Essential Records

Essential Records is shown when you have permission to view Essential Records.

When you have Edit Essential Records permission, the three-dot menu () shows Add Record.

Devices

Devices is shown when you have permission to view devices.

The section heading is Devices.

When you have Edit Assets permission, the three-dot menu () shows Add Device.

Training

Training is shown when you have permission to view Training.

When you have Edit Training permission, the three-dot menu () shows Add Training.

EEO

EEO is shown when you have permission to view EEO.

The section heading is EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity).

When you have Edit EEO permission, the three-dot menu () can include:

  • Add EEO
  • Edit
  • Delete

Offboarding

Offboarding is shown when you have permission to view termination details.

The link on the left is Offboarding.

To start offboarding, open Action, then select Offboard User. See Start Offboarding from a User's profile for instructions.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Why do I not see Work?
    You need permission to view at least one Work section.
  • Can I add Role History here?
    Yes, when you have Add Role History permission. On your own Profile, Add Role History is hidden.
  • Where are Pay Rates?
    Pay Rates are on Work when you have permission to view them. They are not on Money.
  • How do I start offboarding?
    Open Action, then select Offboard User. See Start Offboarding from a User's profile for instructions.
