Hiring Overview: Reports and Dashboard Widgets

What It Is and Who It Is For
Overview in Hire shows how hiring is going: live cards and charts at the top, and reports you can filter and export underneath. Hire widgets on the dashboards show open positions, upcoming interviews and completed screenings.
This article is for Hire admins, recruiters and hiring managers.
Prerequisites
- Hire in your company's plan.
- View Overview permission for the Overview page. Super Admins have it automatically.
- Job Visibility on jobs for the manager widgets.
Permissions by Role

Open Overview
- Open the Apps menu (9 dots) and select Hire.
- Select Overview.
Overview Cards and Charts
| Card | What It Shows |

| Total Active Jobs | Active jobs, with this week's change |
| Total Applicants | All applicants, including rejected and deleted candidates, with this week's change |
| Offers Sent | Offers sent, with the interview-to-offer rate |
| Candidate Hired | Hires, with the applicant-to-hire rate |
| Sources | Candidates from each source |
| Phases | Scheduled or sent compared with completed or accepted, for screenings, interviews, offers and contracts |
| Gender | Applicant gender split |
| Locations | Applicants by location on a map. Hover for details |
A chart with no data shows Nothing to show here yet.
Run a Report
- Under Reports, select a report.
- Choose at least one filter. Without one you'll see Select atleast one filter.
- Click Run.
- Click the Export icon to download the results.
Reloading the page takes you back to the Overview. Run the report again if you need it.
The Reports

Use the search bar in a report to find a job or candidate.
Dashboard Widgets

Limitations
- Reports need at least one filter.
- Reports aren't saved. Reloading returns to the Overview.
- Total Applicants includes rejected and deleted candidates.
FAQs and Troubleshooting
Why Is My Report Empty? Choose at least one filter and click Run. If it's still empty, no data matches.
Why Can't I See Overview? Your role doesn't include View Overview.
Why Is a Job Missing From My Open Positions Widget? You don't have Job Visibility on it, or it isn't active.
Why Don't Totals Match the Candidate Pool?Total Applicants counts applications, including rejected and deleted candidates.
