Before you begin

  • You must have the necessary permissions to access the Hire Pipeline and the relevant job.
  • All candidates in the pipeline can be tagged with labels to help track their progress.
  • Tags can either be existing labels or newly created ones.

Step 1: Access the Candidate Card

  1. Log in to your system.
  2. Navigate to the Hire Pipeline for the relevant job position.
  3. Locate the candidate you wish to add a tag to.

Step 2: Click on Add Tags

  1. In the candidate card, locate the Add Tags button.
  2. Click on the Add Tags button next to the candidate's name.

Step 3: Click on Add Tags

  1. Search for an Existing Tag:
    • Begin typing in the search bar.
    • Once the tag appears in the drop-down list, click on it to add it to the candidate.
  2. Create a New Tag:
    • Type the name of the new tag in the search box.
    • If the tag does not appear in the list, press Enter to create the new tag.
    • The new tag will automatically be linked to the candidate.
