How To Assign A Location To A User

This guide explains how to assign a location to a user

 

  1. Go to the "My People" section.
  2. In the "People" list, locate the user you want to assign to a location.
  3. Click "Edit" next to the user's name to access their profile.
  4. Scroll down to the "Job Information" section.
  5. In the "Role & Reporting Line" section, you will find a "Location" field.
  6. To add a new location, click "Edit" in the "Role & Reporting Line" section.
  7. Alternatively, you can edit the current location if it's already assigned.
  8. Choose the location that is applicable to the user.
  9. Click "Save" to confirm the changes.
