How to Conduct an Interview > Hire

This guide explains how to conduct an interview with a candidate.

 

  1. Access the evaluation page for screening videos and feedback from a previous interview.
  2. Move the candidate from "Screening" to "Interview" by dragging and dropping them in the interview column.
  3. Complete the provided form to schedule the interview. Use the AI-generate feature for convenience.
  4. Click 'Save' if you're happy with all the details and the email text. A confirmation email containing the interview schedule will be sent to both parties. 
  5. Join the interview by clicking on the link that was sent to you in the confirmation email.
  6. After the interview, a summary, key points, star ratings, and the interview recording will be made available on the candidate’s profile for you to review.
