Before you begin
- You must have Edit Job permissions to modify the hire pipeline.
- You can customise the pipeline while adding or editing a job.
- Screening, Interview, and Pre-onboarding stages can be disabled, but only if there are no candidates in those stages.
Step 1. Access the Job Editing Page
- Navigate to the Jobs section.
- Either create a New Job or Edit an existing job.
Step 2. Customise the Pipeline
- Go to the Pipeline section, where you can see the stages of the hiring process (e.g., Sourced, Screening, Interview, Pre-onboarding, Onboarding).
- You can enable or disable each stage by toggling the switches next to each section:
- Screening: Displays candidates currently undergoing the screening process.
- Interview: Lists candidates currently in the interview stage. You can configure up to four interview stages.
- Pre-onboarding: Displays candidates who have received an offer or contract.
- Onboarding: Shows candidates who have been successfully hired and onboarded.
- If you want to disable a stage (e.g., Screening or Interview), ensure that there are no candidates in that stage. You can disable the stage only when it is empty.
Step 3. Save and Apply Changes
- After customising the pipeline, click Next or Save As Draft to apply the changes to your job.
- The customised pipeline will now reflect the selected stages for the job.
