How to Delete or Update a Candidate’s Profile Image

This can be done directly from the candidate's profile in the Hire Pipeline. If you wish to update the image, you can re-upload a new one, and if you want to remove it, simply click the delete icon. Once updated, the new profile image will be visible across the platform wherever the candidate’s profile is accessed.

Before you begin

  • You must have the necessary permissions to access the job and Hire Pipeline.
  • Ensure you have the edit candidate permission. If you do not have these permissions, contact your system administrator.

Step 1. Access the Candidate Profile

  1. Log in to your system.
  2. Navigate to the Hire Pipeline for the relevant job.
  3. Locate the candidate whose profile image you want to delete or update.
  4. Click on the candidate card to open their profile

Step 2. Edit the Candidate's Profile

  1. On the candidate’s profile, click on the action button (usually represented by three dots or an options menu).
  2. From the dropdown menu, click on "Edit Candidate".
  3. This will open the Edit Candidate pop-up window.

Step 3.Delete or Re-upload the Profile Image

  1. In the Edit Candidate pop-up, you will see the candidate’s profile picture displayed at the top.
  2. If you wish to delete the profile image:
    • Click on the delete icon (typically represented by a trash can). This will remove the image from the candidate's profile.
  3. If you wish to update the image:
    • Click on the re-upload button (typically represented by an upload icon). This will allow you to select a new image to replace the existing one.

Step 4. Save the Changes and Update the Candidate Image

  1. Once you have either deleted or re-uploaded the profile image, click Save to apply the changes.
  2. The new profile image (or absence of one) will now be visible across the system, wherever the candidate's profile is accessed.
