How To Import Your Data

Follow these simple steps to get started with importing your data.

 

  1. Starting Your First Import:

    • To begin, navigate to the 'Admin' section and click on 'Settings'.
  2. Choosing the File for Import:

    • You'll see a variety of file options available for import. In this case, we're focusing on importing staff details.
    • If you haven't got the template yet, click on 'Download' to access and populate it with your data.
  3. Preparing the Data for Import:

    • Once your template is ready and filled with data, it's time for the actual import. Click on 'Import' to start the import wizard.
    • In the wizard, click 'Upload' and select the appropriate file. You'll see the file added to the queue.
  4. Validating Columns and Names:

    • This step involves ensuring the data matches what the system requires.
    • The items listed on the left are what the system needs, and the dropdowns show what's in your sheet. Make sure these pair up correctly.
    • If there are any discrepancies or changes needed, make them at this point.
  5. Finalizing the Import:

    • After validation, click 'Next'. Any errors will be displayed here.
    • If there are no errors, simply click 'Submit' to complete your import.
