How to Keep the Position Owner in BCC While Rejecting a Candidate

Summary

When rejecting a candidate and choosing to notify them via email, users have the option to include themselves or the position owner in the email’s BCC (blind carbon copy). This can be done via a toggle option in the rejection email settings, available when the "Notify Candidate" option is enabled. The user rejecting the candidate can select whether they want a copy of the rejection email sent to their inbox or the position owner’s inbox, or both.
