Before you begin

  • You must have the necessary permissions to access the "Hire" section and manage jobs.
  • Ensure you have screening permissions to either move or schedule candidates for screening. If you do not have these permissions, contact your system administrator.

Step 1.Access the Candidate in the Hiring Pipeline

  1. Log in to your system.
  2. Navigate to the "Hiring Pipeline" of the job posting.
  3. Locate the candidate you wish to move to the screening stage.

Step 2. Move the Candidate to the Screening Stage

  1. Drag and drop the candidate's card into the "Screening" stage.
  2. Alternatively, click on the candidate’s card and select the "Move" option from the menu.

Step 3.Choose to Move or Schedule the Screening

  1. When you move the candidate to the screening stage, you will see two options:
    • Move: The candidate will be moved to the screening stage without scheduling a screening. No communication will be sent to the candidate, and their status will be marked as Moved.
    • Schedule: Select this option to schedule a screening session for the candidate. This will trigger communication to the candidate about the scheduled screening.
