How to Move a Candidate to the Contract Stage

Before you begin

  • You must have the necessary permissions to access the "Hire" section and manage contracts.
  • Ensure you have contract sending permissions to either move or send contracts to candidates. If you do not have these permissions, contact your system administrator.

Step 1. Access the Candidate in the Hiring Pipeline

  1. Log in to your system.
  2. Navigate to the "Hiring Pipeline" of the job.
  3. Locate the candidate you wish to move to the Contract stage.

Step 2. Move the Candidate to the Contract Stage

  1. Drag and drop the candidate's card into the "Contract" stage.
  2. Alternatively, click on the action button with candidate’s card and select the "Send Contract" option from the menu.

Step 3. Choose to Move or Send the Contract

  • Once the profile editor is open, you will see the candidate's First Name and Last Name fields.
  • To edit the name: Simply click in the respective First Name or Last Name fields and update the information as needed.
  • After making the changes, click Save to ensure the updated name is saved.
