How to Onboard a Candidate from Any Stage

Summary

If you have the necessary permissions to onboard a candidate and access to the "Hire" module, you can onboard a candidate directly from any stage in the hiring pipeline. This means you are not required to follow a specific sequence or workflow. Whether the candidate is in the "Candidate," "Screening," "Interview," "Offer," or "Contract" stage, you can click on the candidate's card and use the "Onboard" option to initiate the onboarding process. Once onboarded, the candidate will be activated and appear in the "My People" section.
