Before you begin

  • You must have View Candidate and View Job permissions to access the candidate profile and open it in a new tab.
  • This feature allows you to keep multiple tabs open for efficient workflow.

Step 1. Access the Candidate Information

  1. Go to the Candidate Information page.
  2. Navigate to the Overview tab where the candidate’s profile is displayed.

Step 2. Open the Profile in a New Tab

  1. In the top-right corner of the profile page, click on the new tab icon (located near the Export button).
  2. The candidate's profile will open in a new browser tab, allowing you to view or compare information without losing your place on the original page.
