Before you begin

  • You must have Create/Edit Job permissions to post jobs.
  • Ensure the job details, description, and other required fields are completed before posting.
  • Jobs will be visible on the selected platforms within 24 hours after publishing.

Step 1.  Create or Edit a Job

  1. Navigate to the Jobs section and click on Add New Position or edit an existing job.
  2. Fill out all required details about the job (e.g., job title, description, location, etc.).

Step 2. Select Platforms for Job Posting

  1. On the Post this to section, you will see icons for job boards such as LinkedIn, Google, Monster, Adzuna, Careerjet, and Jooble.
  2. Select the job boards you want to post your job listing to by clicking on the respective platform icons.
    • You can select multiple platforms.

Step 3. Publish the Job

  1. After selecting the platforms, click Save to post the job.
  2. Your job will be visible on the selected platforms within 24 hours.
