How to Publish a Job on LinkedIn

Before you begin

  • You must be an Admin to access the Integrations page.
  • Ensure you have a LinkedIn company page.
  • You need the LinkedIn Company ID to connect the account.

Step 1.  Connect LinkedIn Integration

  1. Navigate to the Admin section and go to the Integrations page.
  2. Scroll down to find LinkedIn in the integrations list.
  3. Click on the Connect button next to LinkedIn.
  4. Enter your LinkedIn Company ID in the provided field.
    • To find your LinkedIn Company ID:
      • Go to your company's LinkedIn page, navigate to Jobs.
      • Click See All Jobs, and the Company ID will be in the address bar (6-9 digit number after ?f_C=).
      • Copy and paste the ID into the field.
  5. Click Save to complete the connection.

Step 2. Add or Edit Job and Select LinkedIn

  1. Go to the Add New Positions or Edit Existing Job page.
  2. In the Post this to section, you will now see LinkedIn as an option.
  3. Select LinkedIn to publish the job to your LinkedIn company page.

Step 3. Publish the Job

  1. Once the job is created or edited, click Save to post it.
  2. The job will be visible on your LinkedIn company page within 24 hours.
