How to Share Candidate Profile

Before you begin

  • You must have View Candidate Overview and View Job permissions to share a candidate profile.
  • Ensure the candidate profile is complete and available in the system.

Step 1. Access the Candidate Profile

  1. Go to the Candidate Information page.
  2. Navigate to the Overview tab for the candidate you wish to share.

Step 2. Click the Share Button

  1. In the Overview tab, click the Share button located in the top right corner of the page.
  2. A menu will pop up, allowing you to choose which information to share.

Step 3. Select the Information to Share

  1. You can select specific details to share, such as:
    • Personal Information: Name, Gender, Phone, Email, Photo
    • Screening Responses: Responses to Interview Questions
    • Interview Feedback: Scores and panelist feedback
    • Files & Notes
  2. Check the boxes next to the details you want the recipient to access.

Step 4. Copy and Share the Link

  1. After selecting the relevant information, click Copy Link.
  2. Share the copied link with the recipient. The recipient can access the profile directly without needing to log in.

1. Can anyone share a candidate profile?

No, only users with the View Candidate Overview and View Job permissions can share candidate profiles.

2 .What information can I share?

You can select from personal details, interview feedback, screening responses, and any attached files or notes. The information you share is completely customizable.

 

3. Can the recipient view the profile without logging in?

Yes, anyone with the shared link can view the profile without needing to log in.

4. Can I edit the information once I’ve shared the link?

No, once the link is shared, the recipient will see the information as it was at the time of sharing. Any changes made to the profile afterward won’t be reflected unless you share a new link.
