  • The "How to Videos" appears at the top-right corner of the dashboard, under the question mark (?) icon.
  • The video library is available to all users with an active Plumm account, and no special permissions are required to access it.

Step 1: Accessing How to Videos

  1. Log into your Plumm account using your credentials.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the top-right corner of your dashboard, where you will see a question mark (?) icon.
  3. Click the question mark icon to open a dropdown menu.
  4. From the dropdown menu, select the "How To Videos" option.
  5. This will redirect you to the video library, where you can browse through various video tutorials organised by categories (e.g., Profile Management, Time Off Requests, General Platform Navigation, etc.).
