Automated Calculations & Statutory Reporting

  • Statutory Pay: Automatic calculation and reporting for Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, and Sick Pay.
  • Pro-rata and Mid-period Salary: Adjust salaries automatically for new joiners, leavers, and unpaid leave.
  • 52-Week Average Salary: Enables compliance-based calculations for irregular or variable hours.
  • Biweekly Payroll: Now supports biweekly pay runs alongside weekly and monthly frequencies.

Payroll Deductions and Pension Processing

  • Salary Sacrifice and Relief at Source (RAS) options now supported for pension contributions.
  • Enhanced flexibility in deduction handling.

Reporting and Payslips

  • Automated Payslip Generation after payroll approval.
  • RTI Enhancements: Improved HMRC submissions with better error handling and live status updates.
  • GL Export Improvements: More detailed exports and mapping options for accounting systems.

Time Off

KIT / SPLIT Days Support

  • New support for Keeping in Touch (KIT) and Shared Parental Leave in Touch (SPLIT) days.
  • Allows employees on parental leave to log intermittent working days.
  • Fully integrated with payroll, ensuring accurate pay and compliance.

Single-Use Approval Links via Email

  • Time Off approval and decline emails now contain secure, single-use links.
  • Approvers are automatically logged in when clicking the link and the action is executed directly.
  • Links expire after 24 hours, after which login is required to take action.
  • Improves approval turnaround and simplifies mobile or email-first workflows.

Multiple Attachments for Time Off

  • Employees can now attach multiple files to their leave request.
  • Useful for submitting medical records, travel documents, or supporting evidence.
  • All documents are accessible to approvers in one consolidated view.

User-Controlled Leave Cancellation and Deletion

  • Users can cancel or delete their leave requests, based on admin-defined settings.
  • Permissions can be configured for:
    • Deletion before approval
    • Deletion after approval
  • This reduces admin overhead and provides better user control.

1-on-1 Conversations

1-on-1 Questions Without a Meeting

  • Users can now fill in 1-on-1 templates without a scheduled meeting.
  • Enables asynchronous feedback collection, ideal for remote or flexible teams.
  • Responses are logged in the system and visible to the relevant manager.

External Workforce Status

  • A new status is available for team members: External Workforce.
  • Designed for contractors, vendors, or third-party staff.
