1. Overtime Tracking Implementation

We’ve introduced full support for overtime management. Users and admins can now log, track, and report overtime hours directly within the time-tracking interface. This provides better visibility for compliance, reporting, and payroll alignment.


2. Integrated Ticketing System

A new ticketing system is now live! Users can submit issues or requests, track their status, and communicate in threads—all from a centralised dashboard. This improves support workflows and operational efficiency.


3. Zero-Hour Contract Support

The system now supports zero-hour contract employees, enabling flexible time logging, scheduling, and compliance for non-standard work agreements.


4. 1-on-1 Meetings: Google Meet & Microsoft Teams Integration Enhancement

Users can now generate and attach Google Meet or Microsoft Teams links to 1-on-1 meetings, simplifying scheduling and quick access to video conferencing.


5. Time Off Cycle Adjustment (User Profile) Enhancement

Admins can now adjust time-off cycles directly from the user profile, improving transparency and removing dependencies.


6. Carryover Adjustment (User Profile) Enhancement

Admins can also manage carryover adjustments directly on user profiles, streamlining leave balance corrections.


7. Task Scheduling: "Send Now" Option Enhancement

A new “Send Now” button enables immediate triggering of scheduled tasks, enhancing agility for time-sensitive workflows.


8. Autosave While Completing Reviews & Surveys Enhancement

Reviews and surveys now autosave regularly, protecting user inputs even if the page closes or refreshes accidentally.


9. Learn Module Enhancements

  • Assign Plumm Courses to Employees
    Admins can directly assign Plumm learning courses to employees. Assigned employees will receive automated email notifications for better visibility and engagement.
  • Enhanced Reports with Training Data
    Reports now include course and training data, enabling admins to track learning completion and employee development more effectively.

10. Hire Module Enhancements

  • Customisable Application Confirmation Email
    Personalise confirmation emails sent to candidates after they apply, aligning the tone and content with your brand’s voice.
  • Move Candidate Without Action
    Easily move candidates across pipeline stages without mandating specific actions, speeding up workflows for internal referrals or passive candidates.
  • Candidate Name Visibility on Action Pop-Up
    Candidate names are now visible on action confirmation pop-ups, reducing confusion and ensuring accurate actions.

11.  Dashboard Module Enhancement

  • Kudos Background Theming
    The Kudos section background now adapts to your selected theme colour, creating a cohesive and visually appealing dashboard experience.

12. Payroll Improvements Enhancements

  • Standardised Payroll Calculation Processes
    Payroll calculations are now aligned with a standardised framework, ensuring consistency across all employee pay structures, reports, and statutory outputs.
  • Upgraded Student Loan Calculation Logic
    Student loan calculations have been upgraded to reflect the latest repayment models and thresholds, enabling more precise and compliant deductions.
  • Enhanced Termination Award Handling
    Termination award processing has been enhanced to better support complex scenarios, ensuring correct classification and treatment of various award components.
  • Refined NI and PAYE Processing
    National Insurance and PAYE processing have been further refined for greater accuracy in calculations and seamless integration with reporting requirements.
  • Regenerate XML Feature
    • A new "Regenerate XML" button has been introduced, allowing users to update employee and employer details directly without the need to delete or rerun the payroll.
    • This feature ensures that any changes made are reflected accurately in the XML submission.
